Reviews
We had a wonderful and educational experience at your store in Kanata. Keegan was awesome. He helped correct my stance and was very knowledgeable. He also helped my husband pick the right clubs. We will definitely return.
The Kanata store is absolutely stellar. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff, quick and comprehensive service, a well stocked and clean store, and everyone goes out of their way to acknowledge regulars when they're in the shop. What more could you ask for?
Good selection of golf equipment at reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. Ample parking.
Good store and selection. I wanted to give a shout out to Sam in the Pro-Shop. He was very helpful and good to deal with for the work I needed done on my clubs. Thanks.
Kanata location is awesome. Big store fairly organized. Bought items, repaired a club, got fitted and information. Dealt with Rosario from their team. He was amazing if you need any up to date information.
My umbrella was still under a one year warranty when I returned it, broken. They replaced it, but I had to pay the increase in price, as I purchased it originally on sale.
Max was super helpful and gave a lot of putting tips.
Went there today with my son to purchase a Sunday bag. Midway to the bag section, my son saw a hat he liked and while trying on, one of their staff approached him and told him he needed to leave his backpack at the front desk. Looks like bags or backpack are not allowed.
My son has his personal belongings and electronics in his backpack.
So basically, they did not trust us to be at the store and they wanted us to trust them with our personal belongings; left behind the front counter and unattended.
We picked up the Sunday bag while one of us waited at the counter and left. The whole experience was rather awkward. They really think we can just trust them leaving our belongings with them like that.
To make matter worse, while paying, I noticed the price for the bag was not 25% off we saw online. They said they’ll have to do a price match. O well, I guess store and online are separate entities now. But this is nothing compared to the feeling of mistrust and disgust over a backpack.
